In a pan add oil and fry pyaZ to golden fry now add paya and adrk lehsan paste 2 tblspn and bht achay se paey bhoon lain also add 2 tblspn of paya masala again in achy se fry ho Jain add stock and leave it for half an hour to an hour on slow flame add chopped ginger, green chilliesfinly chopped and lemon juice to taste and enjoy the bakry ke paye
