Take coconut pieces and grind them to smooth mixture.

Take out coconut mixture in a bowl.add milk powder and cardamom powder and knead the dough.

Use around 1/2 tspn of milk only if needed.

Now divide the dough in two equal parts.To one part add strawberry essence and colour and mix well.

Now take 2 foil papers and roll out the white one on one paper and pink one on other paper

Now flip the pink dough foil paper on white one. Tap slightly and remove the top foil.

Now gently roll the layers and make it even. Now slightly roll in chopped pista.

Wrap the roll in foil paper and tightly seal and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Later cut into slices and serve after some time
