Ingredients

  1. 1/2 KgBeef Mince
  2. 1/2 CupBesan
  3. 1Table Spoone Red chillies
  4. 1 Tea spoonkashmiri laal mirch
  5. 1 Tea Spooncarom seeds (ajwainnn)
  6. 1 Tea spooncumin powder (Zeera)
  7. 1 Table SpoonCoriander Powder (Dhaniya)
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. Green dhaniya to taste (finally chopped)
  10. To tasteGreen chillies
  11. Egg (optional)

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take bowl add mince and all the ingredients mention above.mix gentally until all the things get mixed in the mince.

    Egg is optional if you like you can add as I dnt like tw I dnt add eggs in chaplii kababs

  3. 3

    On this stage put tavaaa r frying pan on the stove on medium flame and add oil as much as needed. Now take the mixture and give the shape of chaplii kabab on put them on tavaa r frying pan. Let kababs cooks for 5 5 mintutes from both side. Now cover the kababs on medium flame for 20 minutes but keep chnging the sides.

    Now leave that mixture for 30 minutes in fridge.

    I cover the kababs while cooking so that no meat is left uncooked. Now your chaplii kababs r ready to eat. Serve them with ketchup and chatnii along with salaaadd and chapatiii 💁‍♀💁‍♀💁‍♀
