Heat ghee in a pan. Add finely chopped seedless dates. Saute it well till it becomes soft. Cook on low flame.

Now, add dessicated coconut, milkmaid and crushed mixed dryfruit. Mix it well and continue to cook on low flame till the batter leaves the pan. Keep it aside

Grease the platform with oil and roll this mithai batter on it with the help of rolling pin. This should be around 3-5 cm in thickness.

Put roasted whole almonds and cashews on this. Start rolling the mithai from one end towards another like swiss roll.

Keep this roll in fridge for an hour. Later cut into small bite size portions with a sharp knife

This mithai can be stored in fridge upto a month. It's healthy and tasty.
