Condensed milk bikis

#Mithai This is one of the quickest and yummiest recipe I like to make.... especially since it require hardly 3 ingredients and does not require any resting period for the dough. My brothers, my daughter...her cousins...all have a special demand for these little cuties. These have a parmesan place in my snacks rack ...almost made every 15 days....adding different flavours like rose, kesar, chocolate, pistachio, blueberry and many more. Today I kept a simple version for a quick making and quick galloping on the occasion of rakshabandhan.

Steps
- 1
Mix the cold salted butter in the flour and rub the butter thoroughly in the flour. Then add the condensed milk and prepare a soft dough
- 2
Roll into a medium thick roti and cut circles with a sharp cookie cutter (size can vary upon your choice) keep half of the round cookies as is and make another small circle in between of the remainder half cookies. These we will pair with the plain ones post baking
- 3
Preheat the oven at 160 degree Celsius. Align these cookies on a butter greased tray and bake at 160 degree Celsius for 10-12 minutes. Later let them cool at room temperature. Put a spoonful of condensed milk in the centre of plain cookie and place the ring shaped cookie on top of it. Sprinkle some silver mini balls for decoration and chill in refrigerator. These taste best when served cold or chilled.
