Steps
- 1
Sift the flour and mix it with the purple sweet potato powder. If you can't find purple sweet potato, you can try other food colorings.
- 2
Beat the butter (margarine), eggs and sugar.
- 3
Add the flour and knead. Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.
- 4
Cut out the dough with cookie cutters or form finger shape by hand.
- 5
Place the almonds.
- 6
Bake in the oven preheated at 170-180 degrees C for about 20 minutes.
- 7
The almonds can fall off, so stick them with some sticky paste such as chocolate (spread) or jam.
