  • 4chicken chicken thighs or other pieces with bone in, but without skin
  • 2potatoes
  • 1onion
  • 3beef tomatos large
  • 2bay leaves
  • 50 gblack rice wild
  • 100 gchicken stock vegetable or
  • salt
  • olive oil

  1. 1

    Place all the ingredients apart from the salt and olive oil in a pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 20 mins, let pressure release naturally, then season with salt and olive oil.
