Soak dal at least 1 hr.

Heat oil add whole spices like black pepper.cinnemon stick.large cardamom.long cloves and slice onion and fry it.

When it's turned goldenbrown add all spices like salt red chilli coriander powder.turmeric ginger garlic paste and bhunify well

Then add mutton and stirr it

Let it cook in pressure cooker for 20 mintes to tender it

When it's tender water dries bhunify well till oil comes out on the surface

Then add sal mash and water let it cook to dal soften.

Add garam masala powder green chillies and coriander leaves and turn off the flame

Serve with nan or chapatti
