Shrimp fritters are a classic dish from Cádiz, and you can find them at any beach bar, but homemade ones are truly delicious. Shrimp fritters are also made for Carnival celebrations, but you can enjoy them any time. Every time I make these shrimp fritters, I know everyone will love them.
