3 cupsCooked rice
2-3 tablespoonGhee or butter
handfulcashew roughly chopped
1 teaspoonGinger garlic paste
1large tomato chopped
1/2 teaspoonCumin seeds
handfulCurry leaves
To taste Salt
1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
1 teaspoonBlack pepper powder
1/2 teaspoonGaram masala powder
for Garnishing
2 tspcoriander leaves
2 tsplemon juice

Pick a wok add in ghee or butter simmer the burner then add in the cumin seeds, curry leaves, cashews sauté for 2-3 minutes till chasews are light golden

Then add in ginger garlic paste then gradually add chopped tomatoes & spices fry till soften for few minutes

Then add in the white rice give a good stirr dash lime juice & coriander leaves sprinkle Garam masala powder.

Now the delicious meal of tomato rice is ready...!!!
