Blend the oreo in a mixer and make a fine powder out of it. [With the cream].

Add the dried ingredients [powdered sugar, baking powder and baking soda or eno] to the oreo mixture and mix it well.

Then gradually add milk to it and whisk it properly- make sure no lumps are formed. And your batter is ready.

Now preheat your cooker for 10 mins with fine sand or salt bed on the bottom of your cooker.And place a stand on it.

Grease a aluminium tin with oil and some all-purpose flour.

Pour your oreo batter into the greased tin and place it into your preheated cooker.

Once the tin is placed properly on the cooker close it with it's lid without the weight (whistle) and gasket.

Bake your cake on low flame fir 45-60 mins (more if required).

Prick your cake with a toothpick to check whether the cake is cooked or not. Once your toothpick is out clean your cake is done.

Take the melted chocolate and add the fresh cream to it and give it a quick boil. Your ganache is done.

Pour your chocolate ganache on the cake. And decorate it with your favorite toppings

And your cake is done.
