Malpuas are soft from the inside but their edges are crisp. They are deep fried and than immersed in sugar syrup
Steps

Take a bowl add whole wheat flour, curd, sugar, salt, baling soda mix well.

Gradually add water and keep stirring continuously with a beater mix well yill it forms a smooth flowing batter.

Set aside for 15-20 minutes

To prepare sugar syrup add sufar and water in a pan and allow to boil. Once the syrup starts boiling reduce th flame to low and check the consistency of sugar syrup.

Switch off the flame and add cardamom powder set aside.

Than take an another pan heat oil in low medium flame pour a small ladle full of batter in yh centre of pan without spreading it. The batter will spread on it's own.

Do not try touch the pancake till it starts to turn golden along the edges. It will slowly get immensed in yhe ghee and cook on medium flame till the sides are golden brown.

Than with the help of a slotted spoon, drain the malpua amd place it in the sugar syrup immediately. Make other malpuas in yhe same manner.

Remove malpua from the sugar syrup and than place it on a serving plate sprinkle nuts over the malpua..
