  1. 1/2 kgBeef mince
  2. 2Tomatoes chopped
  3. 2Onion chopped
  4. 5Green chilies chopped
  5. leavesCoriander
  6. 3 tbspGram flour
  7. 2 tbspPomegranate seeds
  8. 1 tbspAll spice powder
  9. 1 tspCrushed coriander seeds
  10. 2 tbspCrushed red pepper
  11. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  12. 1 tbspSalt or to taste
  13. 2 tbspbutter
  14. 1Egg
  15. Oil for fry

    In a bowl mix together mince, gram flour, crushed coriander, pomegranate seeds, crushed red pepper, turmeric powder, all spice powder and salt to taste.

    Then add chop tomatoes, onion, green chilies and bunch of coriander leaves to the mince mixture.

    Then add egg and butter. Mix very well.
    And rest for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Now Form medium patties with the mince mixture. Then fry in a large griddle until golden brown from both sides.
