21/2 cupself rising flour
Stickand half butter
1 cupbuttermilk

Measure 21/2 cups flour in a bowl.

Grate 1stick of frozen butter in flour and place in freezer for ten minutes.

Pour 1cup buttermilk in flour and stir 15 times. Yes only fifteen complete circular stirs.

Roll dough on floured surface to 1 inch think and then cut out biscuits.
5

Bake at 475 for 15 minutes then baste biscuits with butter.
