Ingredients

3 to4 servings
  • 10-15almonds (roughly chopped)
  • 10-15cashewnuts (roughly chopped)
  • 10-15pistachios
  • 20-25raisins or as per your choice
  • 1 tablespoonmuskmelon seeds or magaztari(optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop dates roughly then coarsely grind itni a mixer jar.

  2. 2

    Take a kadhai, dry roast almonds, cashewnuts pistachios, melon seeds on low heat for 4 to 5 minutes. Then remove it and keep aside.

  3. 3

    In the same kadhai add dates, roast for 3 to 4 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add roasted mixed nuts, then add ghee.

  5. 5

    Switch off the heat and mix it all well.

  6. 6

    Once cool down mix again. A dough will be formed. Then start making ladoo by dividing it into equal proportion and size.

  7. 7

    Can be kept in air tight container for longer period of time.
