Ingredients

11/2 cuprice
1 cupuncooked shrimp
1 cupchopped onion
1 cupchopped carrot
2eggs
1/2 tablespoonminced garlic
3 tablespoonschopped scallion
1 tablespoonbutter
1 tablespoonsoy sauce
1/2 tablespoonsesame oil

Steps

Scramble two eggs and set to side

Add oil 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic, add scallions, add shrimp cook for 1 minute.

Add onion, carrots

Sprinkle salt, pepper and add 1/4 stick of butter

Add rice. On top of rice pour 1 tablespoon soy sauce, sesame oil and then add eggs.

Serve.
