Chocolate Nan Khatai

Absolutely Yum! Eggless biscuits have been given a little twist by me with the addition of chocolate. My Innovative idea at it's best. Plus Here I have used Hershey's Cocoa powder along with Semolina too. It gives a nice texture and crunch to these Indian Eggless Shortbread Cookies which are popularly known as Nan Khatai in India and Pakistan.

Combine all the ingredients well together in a mixing bowl and make a dough out of it. Make small balls out of the dough. Flatten them and make a dent by pressing in the centre. Place nuts of your choice in it.

Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 15-18 minutes. Crisp and yummy Indian Eggless Biscuits are ready in a jiffy. Store them in airtight containers and relish for more than 15 days.
