Soak soya beans in warm water for 3 - 4 hours

Add crushed soya beans, mashed potato, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, garam masala, oil and salt in a large bowl.

Add all the ingredients very well.

Make small kababs of any shape you like

Heat oil in a pan.

Take semolina and cornflour in a plat.

Dip the kabab in cornflour and then in semolina.

Coat evenly.

Shallow fry from both sides.

Soya kabab is ready to serve.
