Ingredients

  • 1 cupkurmura
  • 1 packetbun
  • 1/4 cupmasala penuts
  • 1/4 cupboiled poatao
  • 1/4 cupbesan sev
  • 1/4 cupboiled black channa
  • 4 tspGreen chutney
  • 4 tspGarlic chilli chutney
  • 5 tepImli and khajoor(Tamarind and dates) chutney
  • 3 tspDabeli masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tspCoriander for garnish
  • As neededOil
  • 2Chopped onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Take 1 spoon of oil in pan heat the oil, add in dabeli masala as per your taste and mix well.

  2. 2

    Now add in boiled potato to it and toss well. Add in coriander and little penuts.

  3. 3

    Now take a mixing bowl add in kurmura, masala penuts, masala potato tht we prepared in previous step, sev and add in all the chuntny as per your taste, chopped onions, boiled black chanaand giv it a good mix.

  4. 4

    Now slit the bun from corner and spread in all the mentioed chutney and fill in the kurmura bhel that we made in pervious step.

  5. 5

    Now cut the bun in two parts and serve.

  6. 6

    All the ingredients can be adjusted as per your taste.
