Baked Pomfret

Steps

Soaked poppy, yellow mustard and black mustard seeds for 1 hrs along with cashew nuts. And marinate the fish with salt, lemon juice, turmeric powder and mustard oil for 1 hrs.

Then after 1 hrs griend all the soaked items together adding grated coconut and chillies. Next add turmeric, sugar and salt in the mixture. Meanwhile preheat oven for 10 minutes.

Then place an aluminum foil and put the fish on that, then rub all the spices on the top and back side of the fish gently.

Cover the foil and baked for 30 minutes. Baked Pomfret is ready to serve.
