For Marination of chicken : Take a bowl add yoghurt, garlic ginger paste, salt, garam masala, lemon juice, redchillipowder, green chilli, turmeric & kasuri methi.

Mix it well & taste marinade. Add more salt & spices if you need.

Make slits on chicken pieces, (as we are going to make it in fry pan so there is no limitation whether we take boneless chicken or with bones you can choose on your own choice). Now add this chicken to the marinade & mix well. Cover it & set aside at least for 30 mins.

Now it's time to put chicken into fry pan, take a fry pan & pour this marinated chicken & oil into it, let it cook for 20 mins at medium high flame. Stir it occasionally.

Yoghurt will start drying with time. Keep frying chicken untill all gravy stick with chicken pieces.

Now our chicken tikka is perfectly cooked. Pour out in a dish & serve with green chutney & chapati.
