  • 1 cuppuff rice
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 3-4Green chillies chopped
  • Handfulany nankeen/ bhujiya sev
  • 1 TbspLemon juice
  • 1 TbspChing's chutney (optional)
  • 2 Tsptomato ketchup
  • 2 TbspTamarind chutney
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 Tspred chilli Powder

    In a large bowl take puffrice along with all dry ingredients & mix it.

  2. 2

    Now add ketchup, tamrind chutney, Ching's chutney,lemon juice and mix nicely.

  3. 3

    Add bhujiya sev or namkeen & chopped Coriander while serving it.
