Steps

Soak sabudana overnight or minimum 5 to 6 hour. Always use 1.1 rastio sabudana or water

Rise the sabudana untill water turns clear.

In the morning drain the sabudana.soak completely.Grated beetroot add in sabudana and mix it well.

In a pan add Ghee, cumin seeds,Green chilli chopped and add peanut saute for 2 to 3 minutes.

Now add Grated beetroot sabudana and mix it well add lime juice and salt. Don't over mix. Cover the lid and cook for 2 minutes.

Now turn off the flame.and serve hot with curd.
