Fry meat in a pan in oil

Add all spices kali mirch zeera and all ginger garlic paste in it fry until oil left

Add tomato and yoghurt granded paste mix well

Fry until oil left add water 2 cups to tender the meat if not tender add more water to tender

When it tender make sure the water is full dry

Take another pan boil rice in it with salt 4 tsp and rice leaf

Boil until rice 80 percent cook

Now take it out from water

In a same pan add little oil spread it add boil rice 2 cups now add yakhni in it little add food color add green chilli and chopped tomato And coriander in it

Add chopped lemon in it same procedure repeat 2 times

At last close it and put it in a low flame

Take a bowl add little oil add long and heat it for tadka in biryani

Cook in a low flame it's ready to serve
