First grind beef mince in grider.

Take a small Bowl and put some Water and wet the breads.

Squeeze the bread and keep aside.

Put the grind mince in a Bowl and the squeezed bread and ginger garlic paste and chilli paste and add all the dry ingredients (masalas) and add some coriander and mint.

Cover the mixture and leave to sit at room temperature 🌡️for 30 min

Take a pan and heat the oil for deep frying

Grease your hand and take a small amount of mince and make a ball

Put it in the oil and deep fry

After frying garnish it with onions ring and tomato and coriander leaves.
