For the preparation of cheena, we need to boil the milk, when it is fully boiled will add 2 tbsp of lemon juice,to cuddled the milk

Next will take a muslin cloth and drained the water of the cuddled milk formed to get the chena,and hung the chena for 30 mins,

After 30 mins,take a plate,and put the hung curd and divide them into 2 parts,and mashed for 10 min untill smooth, add food color for red texture and make small balls and keep aside

For the sugar syrup,add sugar, water and cardamon,and boiled, now add the small balls of chena, cook for 10 min, the chena ball is little hard in texture, then keep it aside

Mix khoya kheer with remaining chena and add 2 tbsp of powdered sugar and knead smoothly

Now put the smalls chena balls inside and cover with the mixture of chena and khoya and make a ball

Grate some khoya and coat the ball with it, kheer kadam is ready to serve
