Ingredients

15 rolls
  1. For dough
  2. 1 cupmilk warm
  3. 1/2 cup+ 1 tbs granulated sugar
  4. 1 TBSActive dry yeast
  5. 2large eggs room temperature
  6. 6 TBSbutter
  7. 1 tsppure vanilla extract
  8. 4-4 1/2 cupsflour
  9. 1 tspsalt
  10. 1 tspground cinnamon
  11. Sugar filling
  12. 1 cupbrown sugar packed
  13. 2 1/2 TBSground cinnamon
  14. 6 TBSbutter
  15. Topping
  16. Melted Cream Cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Warm milk in the microwave for 45-60 seconds. It should be warm but not hot to the touch.

  2. 2

    Place milk into the bowl of your mixer, then add sugar and yeast to the warm milk. Stir and let it sit for five minutes or until it becomes foamy.

  3. 3

    Add sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla to the mixture in the bowl of your mixer. Use a dough hook to stir until combined.

  4. 4

    Add flour, salt and cinnamon and stir the dough hook, starting on low and increasing to high.

  5. 5

    Knead dough in the mixer until a large ball is formed. 

  6. 6

    Ansfer dough to a floured surface and knead with your hands until it is smooth and elastic.

  7. 7

    Grease a large bowl and place the dough inside.cover the bowl with a warm, damp towel and put the bowl in a warm place to rise.

  8. 8

    Let the dough rise in a warm place about 1 hour or until dough has doubled in size.

  9. 9

    How to make filling.

  10. 10

    In a small bowl, combine butter, brown sugar and cinnamon until mixture combined well

  11. 11

    Then melt the mixture and brush it on the rolled dough, then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on the butter-brushed dough.

    Roll the dough and cut into pieces and bake for 18 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven...

    After baking these apply melted sugary cream cheese on them or what ever you like
