Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 kgbeef boti cubes (under cut)
  • 2 tbspraw papaya
  • 4 tbspvinegar
  • 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspgreen chili paste
  • 1 packettikka boti masala
  • 2 tbsphomemade masala (cumin, coriander and chili flakes)
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

    For homemade masala : in a fry pan roast cumin, coriander and chilli flakes till aroma comes out, cool and grind

  2. 2

    Wash the botis add all the ingredients and marinate 4 hours or more

  3. 3

    Place in the skewers, grill it on griller

  4. 4

    Serve hot along with your favorite choice of chutney
