Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsrajma
  2. 2tometoes
  3. 1onion
  4. 6garlic pods
  5. 1/4 inchginger
  6. 1cinnamon stick
  7. 1bay leaf
  8. 1sp jeera
  9. 1sp corriander powder
  10. 2sp chilly powder
  11. 1sp garam masala
  12. 1sp turmeric powder
  13. 1sp amchoor powder
  14. 1sp kasuri methi
  15. 1sp lemon juice
  16. 3sp corriander leaves finely chopped
  17. to tasteSalt
  18. 2sp oil
  19. 1sp ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Soak rajma overnight and pressure cook with salt,bay leaf, cinnamon stick till soft.

    In mixijar add tometoes,garlic,ginger and make puree of it.

    Heat oil and ghee in kadai add jeera add chopped onion cook till translucent then add tometo puree and cook till oil seperates.

    Add masalas and mix it well now add cooked rajma beans and mix well.

    Add lemon juice and corriander leaves and rajma masala is ready to serve with rice and roties.
