2 tbspbesan/gram flour
1chopped onion
1/2 tbspriceflour
2chopped green chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspred chilli powder
To tastesalt
as neededoil

Wash & chop the bittergurd leaves.T ake a mixing bowl put all ingredients except oil,mix it well.

Heat a pan add oil take a small portion of the mixture on your palm flate it &put on the pan.Shallow fry the tikki.

Bittergurd leaves tikki is ready to serve.
