Ingredients

4 people
  • 1 glassrice
  • 1 bowlchopped mix vegetables
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 tspGarlic cloves
  • 1 tspginger
  • 4Green chillies chopped
  • 1 tspsoya sauce
  • 1 tspred chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tspwhite vinegar
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 pinchajinomoto
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspchilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsporegano
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

    Boil rice and drain out completely and keep it aside

  2. 2

    Chop all the vegetables, put a kadai on high flame, add oil put chopped ginger, garlic and green chili, stir it for a while add vegetables one by one, keep the flame high, cook it for a minute openly then add salt, Ajino moto, red chili flakes, pepper and origano and stir it for a while then add vinegar, soya sauce and chilli sauce then add boiled rice and stir it for a minute.

    Your Veg Fried Rice is ready, full of flavors, serve it hot. It is a complete meal with all the vegetables, it is very tasty, spicy and nutritious also. It is our Indianised Chinese menu. If you want you can serve it with Vegetables Manchurian also.
