Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgqeema
  • 2 tbspraw papaya
  • 1 tspZeera
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • To tastesalt
  • 2 tbspGreen coriander
  • 2Green chilli
  • 1onion chopped
  • Oil for frying
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • 1Egg

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients except egg and bread crumbs. marinate it for 2 hrs.

    Then make kabab of it,then coat it in bread crumbs and egg. Then fry it in a oil.serve it with ketchup.
