Spicy Prawns Fry

Steps

In a bowl take prawns, add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ginger garlic and green chill paste, coriander powder. Mix everything well. Keep it aside for 15 mins.

In a plate take semolina, rice flour and add salt to taste. Mix well.

Coat each prawn with semolina and rice flour mix.

Heat oil in a non-stick griddle/pan on a medium flame fry prawns from both sides. (It curls once it is cooked)

Garnish with fresh coriander, raw onion & fresh lime. Serve.
