Shipi Amti

#flavour4
A traditional spicy amti . Tastes best with bhakri or steaming hot rice and ghee. My daughter likes such curries which have spicy taste. So made this 2 days back. Guess what, everyone not only had it for dinner but had it next day for lunch too. Anyways such amtis taste more delicious next day!

2) Dry roast khada garam masala-ie-bay leaf, pepper, cinnamon and cloves and grind them coarsely.

4)Keep water for boiling. This amti is very liquid so we have taken 10 katoris of water. If you want to make less quantity, reduce amount of dals and masalas.

7) To this add dal paste and hot water.
