1pineapple /1 cucumber
8-10dried sour plum (Seng Mui)
1purple onion thinly slice
1 tbspred wine vinegar or any vinegar
1 tbspsugar

Cut up pineapple / onion and add the sour plum into a container, add the red wine vinegar and sugar then mix well

Keep in refrigerator for at least 2 hour or longer then mix well and enjoy

I had this salad with my Nasi Lemak with fried Shishamo and eggs with sambal
