  3. 1 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  4. 1 teaspoonsoya sauce
  5. 1 teaspoonsirka
  6. 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  7. 1/2 teaspoonpaprika powder
  8. 1/2 tablespoonoil
  9. 1 teaspoonred chilli flakes
  10. 1 tspmustard paste
  11. 1 teaspoonsugar
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. Ingredients for veggies
  14. 2 table spoonoil
  15. Salt as per your choice
  16. 1 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  17. 1 cupcapsicum (cubes)
  18. 1 cuptomatoes (cubes)
  19. 1 cuponions (cubes)
  20. Ingredients for shashlik sauce
  21. 2 table spoonoil
  22. 1and half cups ketchup
  23. 2 table spoontomato paste
  24. 1 tspblack pepper
  25. 1 tspgarlic (chopped)
  26. 1 tbsphot sauce
  27. 1 tablespoonred chilli flakes
  28. 2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
  29. Water as required
  30. Ingredients for fried rice
  31. 1 tablespoonoil
  32. 3 cuprice
  33. to tasteSalt
  34. 1/2 cupcarrot (finely chopped)
  35. 1/2 cupcapsicum ( Finely chopped
  36. Green onion for garnish
  37. 1 teaspoonsoya sauce
  38. 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  39. 1 table spoongarlic chopped
  40. 1 teaspoonyellow food colour

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add Ginger garlic paste,salt,soya sauce, black pepper,sugar paprika, oil,crushed chilli and mustard paste.mix all all them well and marinate chicken cubes in in it for 30 minutes.in a pan heat oil and cook chicken 9 to 10 minutes or until done

    In in separate pan heat oil, add capsicum, tomato, onion,salt and black pepper in it. Saute all the veggies for 2 to 3 minutes and set a side

    In a pan heat oil and then saute garlic in it. Then add half of the marinated chicken in it and cook for 7 to 8 minutes. Then add ketchup,tomato paste, black pepper,chilli flakes,salt hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Add water and cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until reach your desired consistency, then add saute veggies and chicken and mix it

    In a pan bring water to boil, add rice, salt,oil and cook until 80% done. In another pan heat oil and saute garlic in it. Then add carrot, capsicum and cook for a minute. Then add boiled rice, black pepper, soya sauce, food colour and spring onion. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and your rice are ready.

    In a plater dish out rice as well pour chicken vegetable shashlik sauce and serve
