Cooking Instructions

Rice ko saaf kar bhigo dain before 1 hour

Ab Salt 2 tsp oil add kar boil.kar ke side

Ab chicken ko saf kar rakhain oil garam kar add chopped onion mix & light brown
- 4
Add chicken well mixed change colour add garlic with all ingredients

Mix well & cooked side pe karin 2 eggs add in oil 2 minutes cook & crumbs mixing

Add shimla mattar well cooked

Ab rice add kar ke mix karain 2 minutes cook well toss & last mein green fresh onion serve to chicken shashlik enjoy with family
