Ingredients

  1. 1/2green bell pepper
  2. 1/2red bell pepper
  3. 1/2yellow bell pepper
  4. 1 3/4 ozcauliflower (about 50 grams)
  5. 1 piecetofu
  6. Cilantro
  7. Vegetarian seasoning, vegetarian oyster sauce, cooking oil, MSG

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the bell peppers and cauliflower, then drain.

    Cut the tofu into small pieces.

    Fry the tofu until golden and place on a plate.

    Heat a pan with a little cooking oil, add the tofu and stir-fry briefly, then add the cauliflower and bell peppers. Season with 1 teaspoon of vegetarian oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning, and 1/4 teaspoon of MSG. Mix well, adjust the seasoning to taste, then turn off the heat.
