1mudu small size tigernut
2 cupssugar
1/2milk powder

Pick dirt from tigernut and rinse clean properly

Stir Fry the tigernut on low heat to remove extra dirt and remove the shaft

Heat another pot on fire with small quantity of water, add in the sugar to dissolve

Pour in the clean tigernut, stir and allow to steam dry till sugar becomes sticky on the nut

Set aside tray with clean sheet sprayed on it

Turn in the tigernut on the layed tray and spray then sprinkle the milk powder over the nut and allow to cool

Cut into sizes and enjoy
