Slice the brown edges of the bread off

Use a rolling pin to roll out the bread flat

Add then add the cheese halfway

Add the sausage
- 5
Then roll close
- 6
Whisk the pepper and salt into the egg and gently and quickly roll the bread in the egg mix, making sure it does not open
- 7
Place on a baking pan lined with parchment paper and place in the oven for 3-4 minutes then turn over and for another 3 minutes
- 8
Serve with sauce of choice or tea
