Steps

Mix yeast with warm water and cover for 5 minutes to proof, sieve the flour add sugar, salt and butter, mix well then make a well at the center and pour the yeast mixture and mix and knead well until a soft dough is formed. Cover and allow to rise for 30-40minutes.

In a sauce pan pour the oil and onions stir and add garlic and ginger paste fry for 2 minutes then add the serdine (tuna fish) mix well add seasonings and spices stir for 2 minutes add parsley and off the heat.

Bring out your dough and cut into small pieces, roll each and place the filling, roll and seal with water. Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame.
