We Indians love spicy food. In my family everyone loves spicy food. So today I made spicy noodles bhel with Indian twist.
Steps

Boil noodles in water with salt.

When it softened, drain and wash with cold water.

Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the noodles till they become crisp.

Remove noodles from oil and keep aside.

Fry peanuts in oil till crisp.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and put minced garlic.

Add half of chopped tomatoes, green chilli and coriander leaves.

Fry for 2 minutes and then add egg.

Scramble the egg, add tomato sauce and cook on high flame for a minute.

Remove from flame.

Break the fried noodles with hand, transfer in a big plate and add egg mixture.

Add fried peanuts, chat masala, mix herbs and sev mixture.

Garnish with remaining tomatoes, green chilli, coriander leaves and sev.
