Take gram flour and add salt, Corn Flour, cumin seeds, baking powder,oil and add gradually water in it.Mix it well and make a smooth batter.rest 20 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and drop spoon full of batter in it. Fry on medium low heat

All phulki till they are golden brown from both sides. Take out them and remove all the excess oil.

Homemade Phulki is ready you can freeze it.when needed defrost it and soak them in luck warm water, after that add it yoghurt
