Tie curd in a muslin cloth for 4-5 hrs

After 4-5 hrs put curd in a shieve and put a large bowl under the shive and press it smoothly

Slowly curd come out from shieve and in bowl then add powder sugar as you like more sweet or more sour

Then add dry fruits and nutmeg. Now shrikhand is ready
