In two tablespoon oil vinegar add dry red chilli and let it be for 10 to 15 minutes.Boil 80% of pasta by adding required amount of water,2 pinch salt and 1/2 teaspoon oil.

Add water in a big sized container. As it comes to boiling. Means heated well.Add pasta.Keep between medium to high heat. Cook it 80 percent.

Then strain it. Add chilled water. And strain it too.add 1 teaspoon oil and mix well all so that pasta doesn't sticks with each other.Keep aside.

Take a pan add oil and butter then add roughly chopped tomatoes and onions.Saute it for 4 to 5 minutes.

Then add garlic and dry red chilli along with vinegar. Saute it for 2 minutes on medium to high heat. Then switch off the heat.

Let it cool down little. Once done grind it in a mixer jar to fine and smooth consistency.

Now in the same pan add the grinded mixture.Add salt,all-purpose seasoning mixed herbs,black pepper powder,tomato saucered chili sauce. Mix well

Now add pasta and mix nicely.Add grated cheese. Mix well.Cook for 4to5 minute on low heat. Cover the pan with a lid. Then switch off the heat.

Sprinkle red chili flakes and serve hot.Also garnish with little grated cheese.
