Ingredients

8-10 mins
2 servings
  • 4 pineapple slices
  • 1 tbspHoney
  • 2 tbspMelted butter
  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper powder
  • Pinchcinnamon powder(optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients along with the pineapple

  2. 2

    Marinate it for 2-3hours. You can keep 1 hour outside in room temperature and the rest 2 hours in fridge.

  3. 3

    After 3 hours take out the pineapples and keep it for sometime. Grill them until golden and little soft.

  4. 4

    I grilled on Gas only, it took some 4-5 mins each side.
