To make custard mixture, boil 1 cup milk. Add sugar in it.

In another bowl add 1/2 cup milk and custard powder, mix it well.

Add custard mixture in boiled milk and continue stir it. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes then switch of the flame. Keep it aside for cooling.

Take another bowl, mix Luke warm water and coffee powder to make coffee components.

To make tiramisu cream add hung curd, whipped cream and 3 tbsp of custard mixture, mix it well. Then add this mixture in piping bag.

Cut sponge cake slices according to serving glass.

Soak sponge cake slices in coffee components. Then arrange it in serving glass to make first layer.

Pipe the cream on sponge cake layer to make another layer.

Make all layer one by one like this.

Dust the cocoa powder on the top of cream layer. Garnish it with mint leaves and keep it in refrigerator, then serve it cool cool.
