Steps

Take a muslin cloth or a kitchen tissue and spread it on a big bowl.
Pour the curd in the cloth. - 2
Now bring the ends of the cloth together and hang it on support to drain the water from the curd.
Let the curd hang for 2-3 hours. - 3
Make a puree of the mangoes.

The thick curd that is collected now is called CHAKKA, our hung curd is ready now.

Add the thick hung curd to the bowl along with crushed cardamom, and powder sugar.Whisk smooth till it turns creamy with the help of whisk.

Now add mango puree, and add saffron milk.To prepare saffron milk, soak few strands of saffron in 2 tbsp of warm milk.

Also add in few chopped almonds, cashew and pistachios.
Mix gently. - 8
Transfer in the serving bowls.
Garnish with almond, cashew and pistachio.
Serve chilled.
