  1. 12Kalamata olives cut into three
  2. 1garlic, crushed
  3. 1 canchopped tomatoes
  4. 2 tspcapers
  5. Thyme (we use dried)
  6. Pinchsugar
  7. Salt and pepper
  8. Pasta, enough for two people
  9. Parmesan cheese
  10. 2 tbspolive oil

  1. 1

    Fry the olives for a few minutes

    Add crushed garlic, fry for a minute

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes, capers, sugar, salt and pepper. Simmer for 12minutes

    While the sauce cooks put on the pasta to cook

    Serve the sauce with the pasta and grate the Parmesan over the top
