  • 2boiled eggs
  • 4boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  • 1/8 cupflour
  • 1 tspbutter
  • Spices
  • Seasonings
  • Oil for frying

    Mash potatoes, add in spices, seasonings, 1/2 bread crumbs and butter then mix well until combined.

  2. 2

    Coat or dust the eggs with flour. Take a portion of mashed potato and coat or cover the egg well. Dip in bread crumbs to be coated.

    Heat oil and fry until golden brown and serve.
